A day out at Southwell Modelshow near Newark bagged me 5 kits for under £20.
Matchbox Lynx, Matchbox Beaufighter,Matchbox F-16 and Swordfish ( Revell box) plus Frog Super Sabre,
Really blown my build/ acquired ratio this past month or so.

Bagged myself an Eduard 1:72 Sopwith Schneider (aka Tabloid with floats). This is I think Eduard's first kit (07201). Paid a little more than I'd liked, I bought one last year only for it to go missing in the post though it was refunded. I'll be building (some day) as the Schneider Trophy winning aircraft of 1914

Picked these up at the model comps last Sunday, a set of 6 seat belts for $5 and a roll of E Z Line for $28. The Yorkshireman in me baulked at the price of the E Z Line, but worked out at price per model it's pretty good, and 100 feet should last a while

Nigel - what's the deal with the belts? They look photo-etched, but the packaging says "fibre material."

Th belts are not PE, as Feanor says they feel like some kind of paper. No instructions just the pictures on the front and back of the packaging, but I was told they can be painted and to use cyano to fix them.

Wow this feels funny, first couple of kits, I have bought for a long while....

A Hobby Boss 1/72 Do335

I have wanted this from when I saw they had one out, I see some issues on the reviews I've read of it, props rotating wrong way... but I have a soft spot for the Hobby Boss kits.

and then one of a subject I have wanted for ever..
Polar Lights 1/25 Back to the Future Deloren....

Has a faux stainless steel finish to the body and you can have the hook lightning rod or the Mr Fusion.. can't wait.
