My loss of MOJO

Post by splash »

lately I am finding it harder and harder to pick up the motivation to hit the bench after a day at work, in the past I have enjoyed the chill out time relaxing at the bench but lately I find it easier to sit down in front of the TV and just fall asleep

The good news is I have just heard the results are back from my blood test and my B2 count is low and I might be anemic, hence the lack of motivation and energy, you might say "You call that good news?" well "Yes I do", now I know the problem and that it can be fixed with a jab every three months, I can get on and clear my backlog of DNF's :-D

The moral of the story is "If you feel unwell, get it checked, if you don't it might not go away".

I often feel the same way and, in my case, it is pre-hypothyroidism. Pills can help control it, but it never completely goes away. So I know what you are going through, Alan, and I'm glad it's nothing MORE serious!

Always good to get a regular check up. I thought I had gout but turned out to to be RA and I'm now on medication to suppress the effects so I know how you feel Splash. Mojos aren't lost they just get hidden for short while ;-)

Glad you're on the mend.

My mojo has been quite good of late but other things keep getting in the way. Unusually for me, I spent most of my spare time last week doing some gardening.
