AIRFIX Black Friday Sale.

Post by Chuck E »

This sale is on until Monday and there are some great savings. A large box has arrived today with some super kits at rock bottom prices. Still lots of bargains, but be quick.

The Javelin and Merlin are less than half price. Type 45 right down too, along with some 1/600 liners.

Fw 190A and Bf109G for £2.99!

I'm still looking at the big Typhoon for a £30 discount. :???:

Free shipping over £30, too.
So many models, so little time.

Joys of the Exchange Rate/stupid postage costs: saw the HP O/400 for £7.99 and thought "jackpot". Proceeded through the order process to discover that £12 delivery charge, bringing it to £19.99 or €28.43. It's €21.99 in my LHS.

Got my delivery yesterday. I got the Javelin, Lanc and another Harrier, which all arrived in a gigantic box - the other half gave me 'the look' when I stated there were only three kits in there....... Thanks a lot, Airfix....!

Went on their site the other day and don't really fancy anything    , did like the look of the 48th scale Javelin for £19.99. Went to put one in my basket and it said 'we do not have the quantity requested'!!. Now I realise at that price they will go quick but if it's sold out couldn't they update the pages better so no disappointment?!.
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!!
