Finally done after about 5yrs. Done in the markings of No.1 Photo Reconnaissance Unit RAF Wyton 1991.
Decals are from the Revell boxing of the Matchbox kit.

Great piece of work.

Forgive me, the PR9 was operated by 39 Sqn as 1PRU. In 1991 No 13(PR) Sqn was equipped with Tornado. I flew on 13(PR) Sqn in the early 80's and at that time the Sqn was equipped with Canberra PR7s.

Just goes to show you can't believe everything they put in the instructions!

Very Hempy! Could almost be a Nimrod mini-me. Excellent rendition of an interesting sub-type.

Fantastic work. I built the NMF version a few years ago, but now after seeing this I want to do the hemp version

I have seen reference to many abreviations that seem the accepted 'norm' amongst the modelling fraternity 'stang being one and now 'berra. I understand that those of the era have refuted the use of 'stang for the P51 well, in the years that I flew the Canberra it was never refered to as a 'berra! OK, got that off my chest! :-)

A very good friend of mine was a Nav on tatty ton (100 Sqn) as well as 360 Sqn.

He routinely refers to the aircraft as the 'berra.
