Here's a look at the underside, with running boards and hangars on ....

Image

And here we are, rightside up, as I plan the next step, which I believe will be panel lines, rivets, hinges, and other small details -- you may be able to see the red marks on the 3-view ...

Image

That may take a while, first I have to dive into my rivet & hinge stash to see what fits ....

And a simple fuel tank ...

And I found a nice sheet of Eduard 1/35 hinges and some railroad rivets so I'm set for that ...

A riveting affair ....

Image

A few more days of this ....

Next up are hinges, radiator doors, turret (and more rivets) ...
Since I have no interior, I need to slide a strip of evergreen in the (still open) windscreen to cover the side windows ....

Not really, I buy model train rivets -- over here Tichy Train Group has a great line of rivets, bolt/nut heads, etc. I should have taken a photo of the work in progress, but picture a tiny hemisphere (the rivet head) on an even tinier stick, 24 to a sprue. I simply drill tiny holes then cut the rivets off leaving some of the stick on and that gives me enough to handle easily and insert into the drilled holes. Once I have a run inserted, I just go over it with some liquid glue. I've about given up trying to do rivet/bolt heads onto a flat surface neatly.
