I should be able to start this model as soon as I finish the CF-104 for the ending GB.

Oki, so the official start was done yesterday. I will post pics tonight. Proper weight added to the fuselage, cockpit 50% complete (some detail painting left). I am ready to join the fuselage halves. Pics later.

Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

That looks a sweet little kit. Are all those side consoles, etc. for the cockpit part of the kit?

David, these are part of the kit, the only thing I have added are pieces of styrene to kind of seal cockpit side panels flush with the fuselage. Overall, not a bad kit to work with.
Today, fuselage stuck together, wings on, stabilizer on. No issues so far.

It seems that the parts of the model are well matched and do not even need a putty.
Are not you afraid, that such a large sinker will break the front landing gear?

Przemek, I guess modelling is a hobby of brave ones :). Actually I do worry but we will see, I hope that it does not break if I don't try to roll it up the 'tarmac' too many times :).

It is mostly in the same form as last pictures, I have not had too much time this weekend due to some voracious family plans :). Slowly will be built to be finished in time, no worries.

I found some time to work seams with putty and put the office equipment pieces together:

Again, not a bad kit at all.

Lovely looking kit and nice work on it. Tried google shopping for it and the results for Tanmodel were ............ err interesting to say the least  Looks like the only place to get it is from the list on their website

Sounds like the time that I was doing a painting of a Leyland Beaver fire engine and looked it up on Google Images!

Back to the subject in hand (so to speak!) .....Nice neat 'pit, good work!
