That looks absolutely brilliant just how I remember the one in Portland Harbour. all that's missing is the rust and a ton of seagull droppings on the top :-D

Your scratch building is inspirational.

The borders around the decals were painted over to match the hull this morning before I went to work. The next stage is to fit the railings, masts and rigging, I see a lot of stretched sprue appearing on my bench in the near future.

This is the model as I left it at the start of my new job, I started work at a very busy time and things are now slowing down to normal so I should get my hobby life back very soon.
This will go on the back burner for a while to be finished later here in Ships, Boats and Submarines.

It's a brilliant and unique model David. I shall look forward to seeing it finished when you have some more bench time.

Best of luck in your new job and thanks for taking part and sharing your building techniques 8-)
