Offa's Dyke

Post by jssel »

I have entered a health thingy via work and I have chosen to do Offa's Dyke (the trail) on a virtual basis. For each of the goals I move along the trail to complete 262km in about 6-8 weeks. I have 4.8km completed from Prestatyn.

Anyone tell me about the real trail? Photos look nice.

4.8km for answering one question and eating two servings of produce? I like this plan. :ha:

Take a look at the National Trails website Jeff:

Lots of pictures of the trail - it is through some pretty spectacular scenery :)

I've walked some bits of it as I grew up in Wrexham which is on the trail ish. Some places the earth embankment is still quite apparent.
