Re: Naval Aircraft Build?
I'd be comfortable as long as "FAA" included RNAS (1914), even Naval Wing (1912), forward ....

How about "British Naval Aviation since 1914"
Sounds like a Mastermind subject.....

I would be happy to go firm on the following:PaulBradley wrote:How about "British Naval Aviation since 1914"

"British Naval Aviation since 1912".
How does that sound?

Option 1 for me aswell as it gives people more choices, and surely a year between builds is long enough.

Re: Naval Aircraft Build?
I think I have enough Naval A/C kits to cover every conflict from the early 1900's to today, so I'm happy with any option any time.
So just count me in for what ever gets picked .

My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

I'm looking for a ruling from John on "minimum repeat" time. Personally, as it appears we've got sufficient people, it should be no issue. However, if it is, I'm happy to go with the other Options.
Of course, as you say, Option 1 gives us more choice and sweeps up Options 2 & 3 instead.
John?

Re: Naval Aircraft Build?
It's up to you all; we have no minimum repeat time. I only pointed out we just had one because someone asked a similar question. "Too many" or "too frequent" is easily gauged by the participation.
As to any specific criteria, that is also up to the proposer to declare/negotiate his aims. I note Martin has specifically stated "must have flown off a carrier at some time" which is an important distinction and excludes some larger types.

OK John, thanks. That clears up my misunderstanding.
Right, chaps. I suggest we just go with Naval Aircraft GB II. I'll look at the draft calendar for next year and set up a poll.

Martin

OK, cool - I do like the carrier stipulation as well.
