Being nosey I had a search but couldn't find out the diameter. I think tho, you'd not go far wrong with one about 11 feet dia, 3 x blade/right turning. One obscure reference seems to suggest that the same type of prop was used on Wellingtons and Halifaxes
Thanks Fred!

I have a couple of builds in mind for this one & they are not Spitfires.

First up will be a MiG-29UB and if time permits a Yak-18. If I get through those two I have plenty more.

Training aircraft group build. Hmmm, I'd like to have a look at this, I've got a couple of Luftwaffe types just for something different, but I'm double booked in that case with the Hobby Boss one running at the same time & there is simply NO chance in the wide world that I could get away with two at once. ( I know my limitations nearly as well as she knows my limitations. :-D ) Can I choose nearer the time?
Steve.

Just a thought OT; What about display team aircraft? A lot of trainers ended up performing stunts for the public.

...and many modern training aircraft are co-opted into aerobatic teams anyway - my plan was to build a Croatian AF PC-9, and any of their PC-9s can be used for the aerobatic team.

Display team colours would be fine. The criteria is training aircraft, the colour scheme & subject are your choice.

I guess as long as it was an original trainer. Most advanced jet trainers have an attack capability for training purposes. I would have to draw the line at something like the Hawk 200 which is a single seat attack version as 'Trainer' is not in it's role description.
Would you all agree?

This started as a trainer GB -- look back at the original post. Let's not degrade it by arming them for various small wars.

IMO, if a trainer carried armament as part of it's training role, and is in appropriate markings, then it would be OK. A trainer fitted, sold, and used as an attack aircraft would not be.

Agreed. Thanks.

If it carried weapons as part of it's training role then you can add them.
