Airfix1/72 Matador Refueler

Can anyone help please ? Building 1/72 Airfix Refueler Matador and and section 6 part nos 85 & 86 I can not work out what they are or how they sit,this is front wheel area of the chassis,as I am trying to add extra detail and learn more about this vehicle it would be great if anyone could help.
