Shane's Whirlwind
Westland Whirlwind . I may have to source new decals as they are slightly out of register.

Re: Shane's Whirlwind
I have had a good play with the parts, the nacelles will take a bit of a rub down and filling. I'm going to use a generic i.p like Toby but will also add Johnny P to fill the pit, plus its going on a stand so needs someone to fly it.

Out of register decals are very annoying and very airfix for that boxing's era.

Johnny Pilot is painted up and popped into his seat. I've joined the fuselage managing to snap off the rudder aerial. Spinners are painted and now I need to do the props.

Looking forward to seeing yours. I had to add the tail antenna as it was never included in the original mould.

I've not forgotten this one, the main parts are all together, final few joints to fettle before masking up for paint. I will take some pics later today.
