Hasegawa is not known for best decals. Be very careful with any softening solution, apply only little bit at a time otherwise it will wrinkle like ... well we all know what . Not that much to go still I gather.

Re: Marky's F-106 take 2.
When I was doing the F100, the "US Air Force" titles were the bane of my life. The Italeri "Super Decal Sheets" are pretty good, but because that transparent carrier film is so thin, it crinkles and wraps under really easily. I think for both sides I ended up having to gently pull it off, put it back in the water to unfold, tease it back onto the backing paper and try again.

Thanks, will keep that in mind, maybe I didn't leave them in the water long enough and tried to slide them off before they were ready!.Marek wrote: Hasegawa is not known for best decals. Here is the 106 as she is now. Only the nose probe to do, painting that now, annoyingly it has tiny white and blue stripes on it!!!. Wasn't sure about this build, the 106 didn't seem to be enthusing me, perhaps as others have said it's less glamorous or well known for war service as others. However now she is all decalled up I really like it and am pleased to have this one in my collection.
So close to the end now, I seem to have broken everything off her that can be broken but fingers crossed!!.

Quite good looking Dart. I hear your remark about OCD, is it Obsessive Compulsive Darting?
