Very effective! Nicely done, but are you certain the 09 is on the right way round? Just kidding!

Cheers shipmates, the tartan bands on the tail and fuselage of the wee VA-46 Clansmen Corsairs was a bugger to do. I won't be in a hurry to do another carrier..........unless I can get a USS John F. Kennedy, the Clansmen had a very nice blue tail and tartan stripes scheme aboard the J.F.K. around '71.....
Thanks again for the whales, vigilantes and phantoms, Howard. They helped make this! (the "09" comment is hereby expunged from your record!)

Absolutely stunning PT. The ship itself is a mini masterpiece and the base sets it off a treat.

Lovely job on that! The only Kennedy I know of was the old Monogram (I think) in 1/800 scale. I have everything from the Forrestal through to the Reagan in either Revell or Italeri in 1/720, but sadly no Kennedy. You're very welcome on the aircraft, glad to see they were put to good use.

Excellent work, with a great base to show it.
I have enjoyed your build thread.
