Interesting that it's free. I thought they were charging for it nowadays.

You can purchase a printed copy for £8.99 I think; I paid £4.99 as an AMW subscriber.

Re: Airfix catalogue 2021
It demonstrates a wide range of truly excellent box art both new, and classic! I have to assume that the 1/48 Mustang "Dooleybird" artwork is an homage to the Matchbox classic of our youth...

Downloaded one - free - it is good quality, not a poorly done pdf.
A lot easier to page through than the website at times.
I so far have an eye on the RNLI LB, the B-17G, and the Austin K2.

It's my model and I'll do what I want with it.

The person who does the decal artwork is a Matchbox fan of a certain age, I'm pretty certain he had something to do with it.mattbacon wrote:I have to assume that the 1/48 Mustang "Dooleybird" artwork is an homage to the Matchbox classic of our youth...

Re: Airfix catalogue 2021
I bought a copy, as I have them all for a few years back, now.
Not impressed with the price.

Re: Airfix catalogue 2021
A lot going on in that catalogue- products, and design styles...
I used to love the Tamiya and Monogram catalogues in the 70s/80s, they always showed nicely finished models to inspire me.
