Ferret Scout Car, RAF Museum - Walkaround Photos

Post by PaulBradley »

Not the first place you might think of finding a military vehicle, but the RAF Museum does have a nice little collection of ancilliary vehicles used by the RAF and on RAF stations. Here's a Ferret 2/3 scout car in markings as used in Aden. Very timely with the forthcoming Airfix 1/35 kit!

You're welcome!

Can't wait for the kit to come out - I hope they consider scaling it down to 1/48 as well.

Thanks for posting. Any idea what colour that is? Looks like a deep Magnolia!

The lighting wasn't that good for photos - it's a deep sand-type colour. Not sure how accurate it is.
