Tamiya 1/35 US-Navy PBR 31MK.II

If it goes on or under the wet stuff and doesn't fly, it's in here.

Tamiya 1/35 US-Navy PBR 31MK.II

Post by Bissyboat »

My stab at the Pibber. Always wanted to build this boat. It caught my attention years ago since I watched Apocalypse Now. I´m no wizard at figure painting. The build and the figures were brush painted an weathered using acrylics and artist oils.

Great job. Apocalypse Now is still in my top five films.

What the hell do you know about surfing, Major? You're from goddamned New Jersey!

That is a fabulous looking build BB - I love all the little details etc, that you've added to it.

It does make me wonder who's driving, if the skippers walking around with that bottle!

Thank you so much. Hahaha. That´s funny. The skipper is meant to be from Atlanta. He´s a tough as old boots and goes by the name Moses Jones. 8-)

Thank you so much. The grenade launchers could light up the jungle like a christmas tree.
