Simon's FAB Swingy Wingy Thingy

In the 1960’s designers were adopting the ‘swing wing’ or variable geometry concept for aircraft to address the need for high lift at low speed and low aspect ratio and t/c ratio for high-speed flight. This GB celebrates those swingers. GBL: TeeEll, runs from Nov25 to Jan 7 2024.

Belatedly sorry for you loss Simon. Can't believe how well you have persevered with that build, you have a shed load more patience than I would have had.

Thanks for you kind words about Louie - he has left a big physical and emotional emptiness in our home...

Have been getting back into a bit of modelling and I'll set up a swingy wingy thingy thread to finish off TB1 and the Flogger-D...
Please critique my posts honestly i.e. say what you think so I can learn and improve...
