Hi I’m starting a thread to hopefully have a place where all things rally based can be found from new purchases, completed models ,discussions on new kits and old ,paints, aftermarket decals and more ,could I ask those of you who have completed rally cars to post an photo or two of your completed builds with a bit of text (which scale/kit it is/history if you want) to kick start this thread

So as I’m new to rally car building I can only show my purchases here’s my latest and my Ist attempt
1/24 italeri Audi Quattro


Started at the weekend it’s mostly been filling and sanding bar roll cage put together and the rear bulkhead fitted, I intend to pre shade the grills and paint the window rubbers Mask them then start to build up thin white coats on the body, still checking out what the interior colours should be

They all look great Tim as I’m building in 1/24 scale I wondered how does the heller Citroen Xsara kit go together was it OOB it looks really good

The Citroen was built OOB. It's not the most detailed kit but it looks good when it's finished.

Sure does Tim , two more kits bought off eBay these were birthday presents from my wife and Mum
Both tamiya both look really nice kits
