Cheers for the support guys.

I totally lost my mojo yesterday and went to bed by 21:00 not like me at all as I'm normally a night hawk rearly in bed by 01:00.

Felling a lot better today so its time to hit the bench.

Cheers for all you support guys, they have changed my med's and everything is back to normal.

As you can see from the GB threads my mojo has returned and I have even got out of my comfort zone and started building trains

Modeling Gent:

As a Dr I have to be care ful dispensing medical advice BUT look into having your Magnesium levels chacked.
Most people today are deficient in Magnesium(Mg++) due to GMO type farming and overfarming of the same soil etc.
Find a QUALITY company non-GMO produced Magnesium supplement. Start out with 250 milligram tablets with a meal once a day and gradually work up to 1000 per day. Your last one taken before bedtime you will have the best sleep ever, you will also notice your energy levles vastly improves as your mitochondria at the cellular level thrive off magnesium!!!
I thought I had somekind of stress induced fatique but once I supplemented with Mg and Vitamin D3 I am doing very well. Mg is alsogood for your heart. Check it out!!
Hopefully you'll have energy to model again!!

Your mojo will return. Mine evaporated when, out of nowhere, I was hit by an anxiety disorder. It's amazing what your mind can do to your body. my vision went. my hand/ eye co-ordination went. Totally. Don't worry about it. take all the time you need. There will still be kits when you feel like picking one up.
