Good morning Gentlemen.

I was knocked out by the response I recieved for my JU87 Stuka Cutaway...Not many people are interested in Cutaways so I was very pleased...thanks a lot guys!

So I thought maybe I will show another one of my Cutaways....this time being a 1:24 scale Spitfire Mk1.

This time I didn't expose the wings but did extensive work on the fuselage interior.I also made it possible to take the Fuel cells out and Pilots seat....(nearly a task too far!!)...It took me a lot longer to build than the Stuka because of the ammount of research I had to do to achieve this level of detail....I built it over the period of 2 years!!

I hope you enjoy the photos...as usual plenty of them!!...sorry!!

Amazing detail. What a fine Spitfire.
The cut away idea is nice. I always wondered if I should do this on a 1/72 Lancaster.
