Next, if Legion Condor had been operating Gladiators instead of Heinkel HE 51B’s, this would be fairly similar to the one flown by Eduard Neumann whilst part of 3.J/88 in Spain around late 1937 early 1938, prior to him taking part in the Battle of Britain and subsequently commanding 1/JG27 in Africa.

Well, if the Luftwaffe operated Mk Vb’s down through Greece and out to Crete in 1941, this one would look fairly similar to an aircraft operated by 5/JG77 out of Maleme Airfield in May of that year.

So, if the Luftwaffe flew Spitfire Mk. Vc Trop floatplane’s instead of the Arada Ar. 196 A-3 out of Suda Bay in Crete during 1943, this is how 7R + CK operated by 2 Staffel/Seeaufklarungsgruppe 125 may have looked.

Next in the theme! If the Luftwaffe had Mk IX Spitfires on the Eastern Front, this is how one may have looked if operated by 6 Staffel, II Gruppen, JG 54 (Grunherz).

If Oberleutnant Walter Horten had been flying Mk1a Spitfire, this would not look too dissimilar to the BF 109 he belly-landed on the beach near Wissant, Northern France, on 5th December 1940 whilst he was the Adjutant of JG 26.

Next, if Eduard Neumann had been flying a Mk IA Spitfire instead of a Bf 109E-1 as part of 8/JG 26 over Poland in 1939, this is how it may have looked.

Yes, not everyone's cut of tea, but I admire your imagination, and clearly you are having fun!
And yours are all well-built and well-finished models. If we can tolerate Luft '46, why not this?
Keep it up!

If the Condor Legion had Mk 1 Hurricanes rather than the Heinkel HE 112 during the Spanish Civil War, this would be a fair representation of the one flown by Hauptman Harro Harder in 1938 whilst with 2.J/88.
