Just realized. November 8th is model club night at SYAM. Looks like I will be spending the day there😁
Looking forward to seeing you all there.

All the best

You mentioned earlier that you would be there in the morning, Greg, so we are heading straight there to meet you around 9:30-10 am that morning. Then we will head on to Elvington (which closes by 4 pm).
Another BDO (Big Day Out) for the intrepid ISMWAT (International Scale Modellers Walk-Around Team)! :-D

See you 12.00 on the 6th at The Petwood Hotel. Safe journey. (At least you will be familiar with driving on the correct side of the road).

That has just answered the question I was pondering over tea tonight - whether Paul was this side of the pond yet!

A visit to East Kirkby on Tuesday resulted in an unexpected bonus: the Lancaster was pulled from the hanger and placed on the apron, followed by the Mosquito which then carried out an engine start and run-up in the morning sunshine

Throughout our visit, we were overflown by several Typhoons, heading back into Coningsby :-D We in turn headed to Coningsby, via lunch at the Petwood Hotel in the company of TeeELL, and enjoyed a very interesting tour of the BBMF hanger...
Best wishes
