USAF 75 Years GB *** Complete & Archived ***

Post by Stuart »

I don't know if anyone else picked up on it, but September just gone marked the 75th anniversary of the creation of the United States Air Force.

I know we here on the UAMF are largely UK-centric, but does anyone fancy a GB to commemorate what is arguably the largest, most well equipped air force in History. Any subject, any scale, as long as it was in service post September 1947 - there should be plenty of subject choice for all; Korea, Vietnam, The (various) Gulf wars, USAFE, experimental etc. The list goes on.

I'll be building various things to mark it anyway, but I thought a GB would be fun.

Thanks Jim - I know it's not to everyone's tastes it just struck me as something that should be marked.

Thanks Andrew - There's certainly a huge amount of possible subjects!

Yeah, I must have something unstarted in the stash that would be appropriate - I'm in.

I have plenty to build, must get back into it with a new build rather than trying to finish off shelf queens.
