As I was saying...

Post by Spaceowl »

Hello all, I'm Bob aka Spaceowl, and I was last active on here about five years ago. I'm a buddy of Old Tonto, who I think is also resting at the moment. I've been resting from modelling due to a combination of night shifts (I'm a night IT engineer for bp) and a business sideline painting wargames figures for Ebay. I've completely burnt out on the latter, though, so I've decided to paint plastic just for myself for a while.

Here's a picture of my last two projects, five years apart - a Revell F-89D (NMF, left) and an Academy F-89J (ADC Grey, right). Not a themed build, just two kits I had on the build pile.

Current Projects:
Aircraft of VMA-542, USMC
Peru-Ecuador War 1995
THK 1939-2023
Polish Air Force 1939

Dunno yet, James. Very much depends on shifts at the moment.

Hi Bob. Welcome back to the madhouse. Two great looking Scorpions there. Hope mine looks anywhere near that good when I finally get to building them.

All the best
