bond bug
this is one of airfix latest kit i don`t know if it is a re release or a new kit but i can remember these darting about the roads in the 1970s i have always liked these little three wheelers i have never had one or ridden in one i just liked them because they was different so as soon as i new airfix was bringing it out i put a preorder in but i must have pressed the button twice because two came so my idea is to make one closed and one with either the roof off which some owners in the summer did take the roof off or with it open as you had to open the roof to get in i hope to start the build in the next couple days or so

It's a re-release of the original mould Syd, but has new transparencies. There's a designer's blog article here:

Re: bond bug
thanks guys i am feeling a little better thanks although i have just been diagnosed with angina so have to take it easy at least for a while but i have done a little more on the bug i have started to paint the driver i will see what sort of job i make before i decide to put it in as i am no figure painter the top is just resting on the model just to see what it will look like the back end needs a little tidy up but apart from that i am pleased with it so far

Re: bond bug
I don't know whether modelling helps with recovery, on the one hand it's therapeutic on the other when things disappear or just don't work out it becomes very frustrating. The Bug looks like the perfect kit to aid recovery though and you've done t well.
It's only pain, work through it.
