Anybody from UK remember a comic strip with 'blind' RAF pilots?

Anybody from UK remember a comic strip with 'blind' RAF pilots?

Post by DavidWomby »

A friend and I were reminiscing about comics we used to buy as kids - say mid-60s. We both think we remember a strip whose storyline was something about RAF pilots who were blind in daylight but could see in the dark and flew jets on secret missions at night. We can't be sure that this isn't a false memory as we are both getting up there but does anybody else remember such a thing?

I'm too young to remember that but there is a book called Night Fighters by Rob Smith about a clandestine group of British pilots who can see in the dark. It's based in WW2 but may be you got your stories crossed.
It's only pain, work through it.
