Nearest matches (though not necessarily close matches) I can find are: (H=Humbrol. R=Revell)

X251 = RAL 6014 Gelboliv = H155 Olive Drab

X254 = RAL 7012 Basaltgrau = H79 Blue Grey = R374 Grey, Silk

X255 = RAL 7001 Silvergrau = H128 Compass Grey
