That Walrus is looking great Richard. Did you say that was the Matchbox kit or the Airfix?

I spread Gorilla All-Conditions Sealant, clear silicone, over the base, spread with a pallet knife, sculpted into gentle waves, and set it aside for 24 hours to fully cure. I also put sealant around the hull of the Walrus to secure it to the base. To complete I dry-brushed white horses on selected wave crests.

Nice work Ratch. I like the looks of the base and the overall presentation is quite dramatic.

Seeing this compelled me to spend $50 USD on matchbox flying boats (I also got a heyford). I blame you, sir! ;-)

Cheers Stuart, a bit choppy, but I didn't want it dead calm ;-)

Only three. The heyford, a Do-18, and a seafox

I have refreshed the ground cover on one of my Bellona bases.

The MiniArt kit seems architecturally like the Dutch Colonial farmhouse style.

I have completed the King's German Legion 2 (Rifles) Light Battalion.

Yes I agree to that, I think it's the big windows that make that Impression.
The figures are looking good, are you wargaming with them?
I like to carve old kits into something roughly aircraft/tank shaped...
