Re: KellerModeller's chaotic cellar
Hmm, might be a little dangerous to wave with a red light while aiming at something from a (hopefully) covered position
Meanwhile I removed the old equipment and filled the holes to have a clean space to start again from. I added an exhaust that needs some refinement and drilling after it has dried.
Rear view mirrors will be from Dan Taylor's set, headlight reflectors and Notek light are created by sanding sprues to shape:

This is really coming together very well, KM and I've never seen the Panzerbuechse 41 fitted to one of these half-tracks before. The crew figures will really add to it.
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

The past, present, and future walked into a bar. It was tense.

Re: KellerModeller's chaotic cellar
Thank you! :-) I also was not aware of this variant. I saw it when browsing the web page of Silesian Models, then I saw they have also replacement tracks for the 250 and then I remembered the never finished wreck in my spares box. The gun mounting plate for the Pak36 of the original kits variant is already there, so it seems fortune wanted me to buy that stuff

Headlamps and Notek light are sanded from sprue, direction indicators added, MG mount and antenna socket as well. Last step will now be to add the antenna before the painting will start. This will then be done at home.

Thanks, gentlemen! I must confess that I am a little surprised myself that this little rework project turned out quite ok

Last details added, next stop: Paint shop
Panzerbüchse and figures are only loosely placed right now and therefore a little crooked...
Thanks for looking

Re: KellerModeller's chaotic cellar
As there will be no painting for the next 10 days, I started to assemble the next future paint victim, it's a 1/72 Mirage hobby AT-1, an assault gun version of the T-26. Only prototypes were built.
Still some filling and sanding to be done on this steampunk style cube on tracks...
Talking about tracks, these are 3D printed items from ModelTrans/Silesian Models (no I'm not paid by them, just a satisfied customer ). They were for another kit and came with the vehicle walls attached. These had a different shape than the kit parts, so I separated them from the 3D sidewalls and fixed them to the kit. Some small deviations between the 2 kits lead to a slight bending and not completely logically hanging tracks..

Re: KellerModeller's chaotic cellar
The AT1 looks very sharp
Besting 60 years of mediocre building of average kits in the stand off scale
