Mig 25 Foxbat 1/72 hasegawa
Mig 25 Foxbat 1/72 hasegawa
Here my latest build from an old hasegawa mold
The stand come from a commercial bombardier model and has been modified and decorated with a log Mig XXV original pin.
The pilot come from pj high altitude French Air Force and modified.
All decals from spares and the gray paint is the basic tamya primer weathered.

A really classic looking Foxbat.
The past, present, and future walked into a bar. It was tense.

Very nice model and also very nice stand!
I like to carve old kits into something roughly aircraft/tank shaped...

Brilliant job!
Didn't have time to weather mine though, so it comes nowhere close to the quality of this build.
Ha! I used exactly the same paint on the Foxbat I blitzed last weekthe gray paint is the basic tamya primer weathered.

That's a great looking MiG-25, Flipper and nicely posed on the stand.
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

Top job from that old kit!
Nicely presented as well. The MiG 25 pin is a great idea.
Cheers,
David

Col Viktor Belenko's gift to Japanese model makers is showing it's age now
But you've shown that a great result is entirely possible
Miko (when I see those old photo's of 'Red 31' and the crowd gathered around it I wonder which one was the Hasegawa mold designer? The one with the tape measure I suppose! Ha!)
