Ooh, now that is looking very nice! Love the cleanlyness of the lines.

Re: Splash's Seafire Mk XV
Quick update, I separated the elevator and rudder and re-positioned them in a more realistic a/c at rest position.
The red spinner is only temporary and will be replaced by a dark blue one.

Re: Splash's Seafire Mk XV
The Airfix Mk IX parts have fitted well but im going to have to use the Frog canopy as the Airfix version is to small at the back.

Re: Splash's Seafire Mk XV
I have come to the conclusion that the Frog Spitfire MkXIV is a poor kit the shape of the wing fillets are all wrong. Because of this I'm having a re-think about the markings and going for an a/c that has the DSG end at the wing joint.
Having done a bit of research I found a MkXV that had its starboard wing changed from an older a/c with DSG/Dark Slate Grey and had two different sets of markings.
So it's out with the masking tape and all change again.

That looks rather cool, it's always a real change to see something a little different.

Nice build. Now we are up to two completions!
On second thoughts, let's not go to Camelot. It is a silly place!

Very nice, Splash! I see your Seafires in several threads. I get confused what's what.
I must do a Seafire soon.
