Hello from South Yorkshire

Hi y'all,
I though it was best to introduce myself after a couple of days lurking. I started to build models when I was about six and stopped about ten years ago when I meet the now Mrs willdboar455 (not her real name) and from now on will be known as the long haired General. I have a boy who is six. I've started to make models again after buying my nemesis kit, Airfixs Harrier GR.3 (I will build it this time!) of ebay.
I served in the TA for nineteen years and I crewed (drive, gunned and commanded) CVR(W) Fox and CVR(T) Scimitar, Spartan, Sultan, Samaritan, Samson and Sabre.
I like mainly building modern aircraft and AFV's and have dabbled in building ships in the past.
