Daz's Warbird Spit - **FINISHED**

My first ever Blitz will be this fine beastie (which is definitely my firm favourite in the 1/48th class thus far!)



The subject will be a well-known warbird.....


Bog-standard kit build (except for rounding off the rudder) and decals from the Airfix Mk.IX kit.

Brilliant subject Daren, I remember seeing '434 on display at Blackpool Air Pageant, 1977-80 flown by Neil Williams.

One of my favourite airshow memories is of watching Ray and Mark Hanna dogfighting in the Spitfire and Hispano Buchon respectively over East Fortune. This one might well end up sitting alongside the Arii Bf109G-6 that I did the other week!
